All bus pass applications are valid for one quarter only. This is for both paid and free-status riders.
Bus applications can only be processed and paid for during the following periods:
Quarter 1: July 14, 2025 - August 15, 2025
Quarter 2: September 22, 2025 - October 17, 2025
Quarter 3: December 12, 2025 - January 9, 2026
Quarter 4: March 2, 2026 - March 27, 2026
Any applications submitted outside of these indicated periods will be automatically canceled. Any applications that are not approved in SBT within these periods will also be automatically canceled. Any unpaid applications that have already been approved in SBT will be canceled. Please be mindful of these application periods.
The $5 fee for a replacement bus pass applies to all students--both paid and free-status riders.
